End User License Agreement (EULA)

Disk Merge is licensed, not sold. By downloading, installing, or using Disk Merge, you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement (EULA).

Grant of License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Disk Merge in accordance with the terms of this EULA. This license is limited to the original media on which Disk Merge is provided to you by Disk Merge or an authorized third party.

License Restrictions

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of Disk Merge
• You may not rent, lease, or lend Disk Merge
• You may not modify, translate, or create derivative works of Disk Merge
• You may not transfer Disk Merge to another person or entity
• You may not use Disk Merge for commercial purposes without explicit written permission

Intellectual Property

Disk Merge and all its components, including but not limited to the gameplay mechanics, graphics, sound effects, music, and source code, are the exclusive property of Disk Merge and are protected by international copyright laws.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from us if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination of this license, you shall cease all use of Disk Merge and destroy all copies, full or partial, of Disk Merge.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Disk Merge is provided on an "AS IS" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Disk Merge be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use Disk Merge, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Third-Party Licenses

Disk Merge may include third-party libraries and components which are governed by their respective licenses. Use of such third-party components is subject to their terms.

Governing Law

This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Disk Merge is developed and operated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
